Sound Shapes is definitely worth the purchase. I think from memory it was my third favourite game of that year. It's a really enjoyable game, and its simple design hides its difficulty at times. Really worth it though.

I don't get why there's so much hate for Terminator: Salvation. I quite enjoyed it. Not the greatest game sure but far from the worst. Only thing that soured my experience (aside from a lack of enemy variance) was the stream of messages I received from people calling me a whore for playing it. Really kinda soured the experience and is one of the reasons I left that particular forum/community.

Anyway you've got my interest now. Everyone post your platinums and whether you're proud/ashamed of any :)

Note : If you want to see them easily click on your username in post 1 of this thread. Just above your games list you can choose what to order the list by. Choose "Percent" and it will put the 100% games at the top.

1. Fallout 3
2. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune
3. Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands
4. HEAVY RAIN
5. Portal 2
6: Assassin's Creed II
7. Lord of the Rings: Aragorn's Quest
8. Sly Cooper and the Theivius Racoonius
9. Sly 2: Band of Thieves
10. LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1-4
11. SEGA Megadrive Ultimate Collection
12. Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time
13. Brave
14. Virtue's Last Reward
15. Terminator Salvation
16. Tron: Evolution
17. The Saboteur
18. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

Only one I'm ashamed off would be Lego Harry Potter as I didn't enjoy that game at all so I must have actively gone for the platinum. I remember it was a gift so I probably finished it because of that (most likely with my kids as they like Lego games too). Not sure how hard the plat was after that but, if I was close, I can see why I might have gone for it.

Favourite Lego games are, easily, the original Star Wars Trilogy and Pirates. The first Indy one was good too as was the Batman one. Back in the days where they felt more like a game first and a collectible quest second
The Lego Marvel game is quite good fun and I'm sure I'll go for the platinum on that eventually. I have no problems with people playing through games just for their platinums, but on the other hand, there's not really much point unless you're trying to further yourself on a digital peen measuring tool.

My platinums are:

Fallout 3
Tearaway
Hotline Miami
Guacamelee!
Saints Row: The Third
The Walking Dead
Bioshock 2
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale
Sound Shapes (Vita)
Sound Shapes (PS3)
Rayman Origins (Vita)
Rayman Origins (PS3)
Trine 2
Sly Cooper and Thievius Racoonus
Crysis
God of War III

My least favourite was Trine 2. Sure, it only took four hours, but man I did not like that game at all. Such a boring trial of a game. Runner up is PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale. Whilst not a terrible game, it's far from enjoyable going through each character to get the platinum.

Favourite is Rayman Origins. The time trials and Land of the Livid Dead make the game worthwhile to complete. A thrill to play.

I'm thinking about replaying that after I finish Devil Survivor Overclocked and AC Liberation.

Worth playing on Vita? Already got that and Guacamelee on there (that's what I played Guacamelee on for my review). Got the disc version of Rayman on PS3 too so I can play it on either :).

I'd say it's definitely worthwhile playing on the Vita. You should have it as part of PSPlus though.

A PlayStation trophy board update? Seems like a lame present, but each their own.
