You should go for the Guacamelee platinum - or maybe not, the Goat challenges are pretty bloody hard, but very rewarding though.
I'll definitely give it a good go--if I only get one platinum trophy in my life, Guacamelee! would be a great one to have.

What are the Goat Challenges? Are they part of the DLC?

I just 100 percented Flower on the PS4. Still no platinums for me, but it's baby-steps!

It was a very relaxing game, and enjoyable overall. I'm a master at conjuring wind, so there was no real challenge involved. The update looks very nice on the PS4.

I should have gone for the platinum whiulst I was in my Guacemelee prime. I feel if I tried now I'd be too out of practice and wouldn't be able to do it. Guess it's a good excuse to play the game thru again from start to finish again tho right? :)

Hotline Miami. It's fun, but I really don't like these trial and error games that much, I don't have the patience for them.
Fuck_Giver.exe has stopped working!
Does it matter how I write the truth?

I meant to say to collect the orbs. Don't know why I said the Goat Challenge. I guess because they're a challenge to do and there's a goat making fun of you along the way.

Have a squiz here for some tips: http://www.playstationtrophies.org/forum/guacamelee/195041-guacamelee-trophy-guide-roadmap.html

You should give The Walking Dead a shot because the platinum comes with just playing through the game for that one.

so I finished gta v last night. it was a pretty good game. I did enjoy gta 4 more though than this one. I'm not sure if I'll bother with the online. didn't unlock many trophies by just playing through the single player stuff.

onto the last of us!

Lsst of Us... great choice :) I really loved that game. We're doing a podcast dedicated to it this week although it will be choc full of spoilers so, unless you don't mind hearing about key points and the end, you'd be wise to hold off listening :)

Or just do what Bayloski does and not listen at all which ensures he iether hears spoilers or becomes bored and disillusioned with life.

Finished Rhythm Thief this morning at breakfast. What an absolutely stellar game. It plays very much like a Professor Layton game but with rhythm mini games in place of puzzles. The story is told via anime cutscenes coupled with conversations with people in game. Much like Prof Layton you navigate via a series of still images and tap on screen to find coins/medals, talk to people, etc.

There is surprising variance in the rhythm mini games with about 30-40 out of the 50 being unique. If you like Rhythm games then it's a great buy. If you like anime it's a great buy. If you're unsure there's a free demo on the eStore. I got the cartridge version but you can buy it online too.

Only downside was that it was a little easy and a couple of the puzzles used the gyro which made things hard (until you learnt the "trick"). All up it took me just shy of 7 hours to complete. There are still around 8 puzzles I've yet to complete and about 20 I need to get an A rank on but I'll probably move on to something else for now and come back later.

I downloaded the DLC for Last of Us as well so given it's only about two hours long I'll have something extra to discuss on thursday.

So you want me to get and play that by Thursday?

Not at all. You don't have to. I'm just curious to see what it'll be like. Reviews have suggested it adds to the story but is not necessary to play it. There's a lot less combat from what I understand.

That's fair enough, I can easily see how people would get frustrated with that game, especially towards the end where it gets super god damn hard. I'd recommend you at least watch a lets play of it, the plot is awesome and really makes you think.

The online isn't that good anyway. What ending did you opt for if you don't mind me asking?
