Well, it's the only way I can live out my fantasy as a cross dressing spaceship captain!
Fuck_Giver.exe has stopped working!
Does it matter how I write the truth?

Finished The Last of Us for the second time a couple of days ago. Best game of the generation and if you disagree then you're dumb and I hope you die (that may be a bit harsh).

Journey.

I dont get it.

I dont understand why so many people liked the game. Had huge expectations from all the feedback and I still dont get it. People cried while playing it??? Dafuq is wrong with you people.

Easily the biggest overrated game I have played in some time. Its not bad by any means but fuck it was nominated GOTY last year in some circles.

You, me and Patto man. We stand alone against the tide of insanity that thought the game was a work of genius. I agree it's artisticly good but, as a game, it sucked balls

Chamboozle would definitely disagree with you on that one haha.
I thought it was good, one of the best titles of the year, probably my GOTY (tied with Ni No Kuni) but that's only because I'm not a GTA fan (I still played and very much enjoyed GTAV) and I see GTAV winning a lot of GOTY awards.

I did Ashley, Miranda and then Liara in the ME trilogy, I am a man whore in games it seems (first date I did it in GTA 4 and while drunk).

Just finished Contrast on PS4.

It's okay. Little girl is cute and just wants a dad. Story actually kept my interest. It's a very short game though and you can probably go through it in 2 hours or so.

Oh well that's another game I can knock off my list now so I'm happy.

I got around to finishing Uncharted: Golden Abyss yesterday. I'd stopped playing it ~ 6 months ago, and it turns out I was pretty close to the end. I'm not sure why I stopped, as it was a pretty good adaptation of the series to the Vita.

I was a bit surprised that there wasn't any supernatural twist to the ending though.

Okay... In the last couple days i finished both Assassin's Creed IV and Guacamelee!
ACIV was a better game than I expected it to be so that's cool and Guacamelee was just pretty awesome, loved every minute of it. Only thing left to play out of my PS4 launch games now is killzone. Not sure what to play next on vita though...

Have you played Tales from Space : Mutant Blobs Attack or Sound Shapes? Not as good as Guacamelee but pretty cool nonentheless.

That reminds me... I'd better go download soul sacrifice

Finished the main campaggin in Forza Horizon last night. Gotta say I enjoyed that game considerably more than the other Forza games. Whilst I love circuit racing I feel the others devolve into repetetive circling faily quickly due to a limited number of tracks. Forza Horizon gets around this by having a large map with a large number of differing street circuits.

For those unfamiliar it's, basically, Turn 10s rip of Burnout Paradise/Need for Spoeed Underground. You have a big open map and can drive around attending races to level up (earning you more races and the chance to win the cars of people you beat). Whilst driving around you pass through speeed traps that monitor your speed, smash billboards that earn you upgrade discounts, search for hidden cars and participate in PR stunts like taking strategic photographs, earning a certain amount of points within a time or reaching a certian speed limit in a particular car. Added to this is a 1000 club mode where each car has a list of requirements that can be fulfilled to get a medal. It's a great way of making travel from one race to the next interesting and I often found myself completely forgetting about races and just travelling trying to beat times and find new cars.

The rival mode seems perfectly integrated in this game too (as opposed to feeling shoehorned on in Forza 5). After each race you're prompted to try and beat the time of your nearest friend (or a stranger if you've already beaten all your friends). Driving thru a speed sign shows a leaderboard with your friends speeds and... it's just awesome. Never underestimate the power of bragging rights :)

Anyway, whether you're a hard core Forza fan or an arcade racer fan... or just a racing fan in general this is a kickass fun game that's well worth getting. Felt more arcadey than the main Forza series but it was also considerably more fun and stayed that way until the end.

Just try to ignore the horrible sound bytes from the story mode "bosses"
