Not really a 'bargain' per say, but, until May 10 you can play Plants VS Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 for 10 hours.

EA is giving away some Battlefield DLC: the Dragon's Teeth expansion for Battlefield 4, and Robbery expansion for Hardline:

It's supposed to be available for PC, Xbox 360/One, and PlayStation 3/4 from 3rd May to 10th May, but still seems to have a price in the Australian PSN store. They are listed as free for PC though:

My understanding is they'd release a pack a day. Might have misread it though. Pity I bought the premium edition of Battlefield 4 when it was on sale - which was absolutely useless as nobody was playing the maps at all. That's the issue with DLC maps - if you don't jump on them in the first month, you'll never get to try them out.

Also... who plays Battlefield Hardline anymore?

I'm still chipping away at the campaign, but I doubt the free DLC is for that.

No sir.

Any reason why you're still chipping away at that nonsense? One of the worst campaigns I've played through. Just a nonsensical mess.

I'm a few hours in and up to episode 4. While the story is bad (like really bad) I'm yet to explore all of the gameplay. I plan to give it a little more time to see if something hooks me.

If you're up to chapter 4, then you've explored pretty much all the gameplay has to offer.

If anyone is keen on Stellaris that's launching tomorrow.

It's $29 USD with the code: SPACE25

I'll wait until they've released half a dozen DLC packs and swoop them up in a bundle. Also, despite having logged 28 hours I feel I've barely scratched the surface of Europa Universalis IV and will definitely return to it again before buying Stellaris. I've never even made it a quarter of a way through a campaign, basically because I'm bad at it and get conquered easily. It's by far the most complex strategy game I've played, even making Crusader Kings 2 look simple by comparison.

From what I've read it seems things get pretty dull once you've branched out of your solar system and are comfortably in the midgame. I've never bought a Paradox game at launch but from what I've gathered it's basically early access, with future DLC flushing out problems and adding new content and complexity to the base game until it's very different from what it originally was. I'm confident Stellaris will rule one day, but it's not there yet.
