Anyone here played Rune Factory Frontier (Wii) before?...worth getting?
Yes. I liked it. The added features like dungeon crawling made it different enough while still having the farming from Harvest Moon to make it familiar. It has a weird mechanic with spirits that help things grow I think, but you don't have to get into that.
Rune factory Oceans (or Tides of destiny) is a fair change of pace. The farming is all different and I'm not sure I liked the changes as much. Having said that it's still fun.
I don't know why but I'm addicted to the HM series, but I've never finished a single one

^ No, but I have played Harvest Moon waay back...I read it some reviews & they say its sorta like Harvest Moon?
Yep, same gameplay mechanic, but with a fantasy world setting where you fight and tame monsters.

I'd recommend Innocent Life, another Harvest Moon spin-off that was released for PSP. It has a futuristic setting and you get an awesome ride-on buggy!

But if you decided to go out and buy a random game console tomorrow, this doubles your chance of being able to play the game. Surely that counts for something?

True. I could just go to EB tomorrow and pick up a PS2. They may even have a copy of the game!

Started on Wolfenstein New Order today and boy it's good. A shooter with good turret sections? No way! Looks great and plays even better. Going to put Far Cry 3 and Sleeping Dogs away in favour of this instead.

Episode 3 of The Walking Dead S2 finally brings it. What a great episode. Keen to see where the rest of the season goes from here.

Disappointed with my choice to play this on the vita. It looks great, but the buggy gameplay is hampered by unresponsive touch controls.
