FYI, instead of just typing [ SPOILER ] you can type something like [ spoiler=Last of Us stuff ] and have the spoiler show what it is you're spoiling. Quite a handy little feature. Example spoiler text

I'm finally getting around to Watch Dogs, portable style.![]() I've also been trying GRID, Nvidia's cloud gaming service (in beta). I fired up SSFIV and was pleasantly surprised at how well it ran. There was no latency and not a single hiccup the whole time. That's pretty impressive given my poor internet connection speed! ![]()

Aside from the streaming how are you finding it? The design never appealed to me as much as the Vita or 3DS but it does look like an interesting concept |

My only complaint is the controller is a little too big. It occasionally feels like a stretch reaching both of the analog sticks. However, everything work really well. There are numerous Android games (incl Half Life 2 and Portal) and emulators designed for the Shield, while most others can be mapped to the controls. PC game streaming, Steam Big Picture and the cloud service all work great too. After smashing my Nexus 7, it's also nice to have an Android tablet again! Unlike the 3DS and Vita, I won't take this out and about - too bulky. It's to enjoy controller-ready PC games from the sofa or bed. |

1280x720 I've noticed during streaming that it forces your PC to that resolution as well. |

Fired up Brothers last night for an hour or so. Got up to a bridge where the little guy runs in a wheel whilst the other crosses a bridge. Thought you had to put sheep on the briudge however all that did was launch them (and me) up into the air as soon as the little guy stopped running. Not a bad concept but I'm not overly enjoying the game. Controls are taking a little bit tog et used to as well. |

Once you get the hang of it, you'll feel like a gaming god. |

Well right now I feel like a gaming retard. Especially when running somewhere and both guys run off in separate directions instead of turning the way I thought they would in my mind ![]() I think my main issue with it is that it's heavy on the atmosphere without giving me much to inspire me. Characters don't speak so I have nothing to relate them to and I don't know why they're doing what they're doing. I assume I have the map to get some medicine or soemthing for the old man at the start? |

The characters communicate through their exaggerated tone and expressions, just like ICO, Botanicula or Machinarium, characters dont need to speak. i thought Brothers communicated well, in a way I can tell expression from hearing someone speak a foreign language. I like that its tale is rather straightforward. It kicks off with 2 brothers wanting to save their only folk--their father--from some illness. You should eventually get used to the clumsy controls. It felt rather playful at first, like I am controlling 2 kids. The controls are actually tied to one of the cool things the game does. Hint: you'll find that it's easier to control the Brothers whent they're closer together and harder when they're far apart. What I didnt like was how easy Brothers was. It's autopilot easy mode. I agree that characters don't need to speak however, as with this case for me, I find it makes for a dull experience. I already know about the cool thing the game does. Dickhead here clicked on a spoiler tag Heretic posted. Don't know why I opened it but I did and saw that Spoiler: click to toggle

There is a small amount more than that. As for the controls, I found it easier if I kept the big brother to the left of the little brother on screen when possible. That made it somewhat easier to stop getting the controls mixed up. |
